Returns & Refunds
This will be dealt with on a case by case basis. Please contact us if you are not entirely happy with your order.
Returns or refunds will not be offered on digital downloads or sale items.
Damaged Items
In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us and we work with you to remedy the situation.
If you receive a package which is visually damaged or opened, please insist that this is noted with the carrier before signing for your order.
